Hello, We are Brad & Cait. Welcome to Fernova, our 24 acres of land located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We became owners of the property in the summer of 2024, and after exploring and seeing how many ferns were on the property we decided to call it Fernova. We spent the majority of 2025 creating our first tiny house retreat. The Kimberly retreat is named after both our mothers and after the beautiful Kimberly Queen fern. We poured our hearts into this property and truly hope that you love it as much as we do.

Wonderful place, with an amazing hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. The property is kept in very good condition, and has everything you need and more. Bed was notably incredibly comfortable. One of the most relaxing stays, with beautiful views of the trees!

Fantastic private getaway nestled up in the hills but a fairly short 20 minute commute to watkins glen for some great food and drinks! The sauna and hot tub were fantastic. Can’t speak for the cold tub as i never braved it but it was there and definitely cold haha! Overall a wonderfully peaceful anniversary trip for my wife and I.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The Airbnb was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything from check-in to check-out incredibly easy. The location was great, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend—5 stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Kimberly is awesome. Very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of extras. We loved the bathroom and cozy bed. In addition to all this, the outdoor amenities were perfect, hot tub, plunge bath, sauna, fire pit and gas grill. Highly recommended!
